Northwest District:
Annual Fall Gathering
Our Fall Gathering will be Saturday, September 20, 2025, at St. John’s United Methodist Church, 1501 University Avenue, Lubbock, 79401.
Sign-in begins at 9:30 am. We continue with our annual meeting at 10 am, concluding by 2 pm.
Our business will be to approve the proposed budget and to elect officers for 2026. The proposed budget for 2026 was emailed to all on our e-mail list earlier in August. We will also have a presentation on our conference project, the Jerri Savuto Girls' Center in Kenya. We've done other things for the girls at the center, and our focus now is to build a fence for the protection of the girls. Come and learn more!
Lunch will be soup, salad, dessert and tea. Pre-Registration is necessary to plan for lunch. The fee will be $10.00 at the door.
